General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the online shop Adria Aromas

1. Scope: These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers through the Adria Aromas online shop. Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless expressly agreed to by the provider.

2. Conclusion of Contract: The products presented in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon acceptance by the provider via email confirmation or upon shipment of the goods.

3. Prices & Payment Terms: All prices in the online shop are in the specified currency, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. The prices stated at the time of the order apply.

Payment methods:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, advance payment by bank transfer: The provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Shipping costs will be shown during the ordering process. The provider will endeavor to ship the goods within the specified delivery period. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable events may occur.

5. Right of withdrawal & return: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the provider of their decision by email or mail.

The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are defective.

6. Liability & Warranty: The provider is only liable for intentional acts and gross negligence. In the case of defects in the delivered goods, the statutory warranty rights apply. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

7. Data Protection: The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the online shop's separate privacy policy.

8. Final provision: The law of the country in which the provider is domiciled applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the provider, unless mandatory legal provisions conflict. The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
