With Adria Aromas, we have set ourselves the goal of bringing the culinary treasures of Istria directly to your plate. Our roots and our love of Mediterranean cuisine inspired us to create this project. We want to not only offer you first-class products, but also bring you a taste of Croatian joie de vivre.
Our tradition
The tradition of truffle hunting in Istria dates back centuries. Together with the Karlić family, who have been harvesting the finest truffles in the forests surrounding Buzet for generations, we maintain this ancient craft. Using specially trained truffle dogs and decades of experience, the precious truffles are collected by hand. This dedication and expertise is reflected in the quality of our products.
